Join Jill from Wood & Water Yoga and Skowhegan Outdoors for a welcoming, all-levels outdoor yoga class focused on movement, breath, and mindful connection. We will practice at the Robbins Hill Scenic Area, surrounded by open views. Bring a mat (or borrow one) and dress for the weather.
Suggested gear: a yoga mat (or borrow one), comfortable layers, and a water bottle.
