Outdoor Yoga with Chris Jones
Begin your day with an outdoor yoga class overlooking the beautiful Lake George! These classes will be led by a group of experienced yoga instructors who will guide you through a flow style class to encourage a balance of flexibility and strength that will partner well with your active summer lifestyle! Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you may need as we will not be sharing yoga equipment. If you do not have a yoga mat, no worries, we recommend bringing along a large beach towel (and one or two extra to use as props). Meet us at the East Side Beach at Lake George Regional Park to move together under the summer sun. Class begins promptly at 8:30 a.m.. Please show up 15 minutes early to sign in and set up your mat. Chris is an advocate for mental health & wellness and believes in the healing power yoga brings to the mind and body. He enjoys just about anything that gets him outside and completed the Appalachian Trail in 2018. Chris teaches at the Breathing Room in South Portland, leading a Vinyasa Flow style class. He strives to create an atmosphere that allows for individuals to explore & embrace their own unique practice.
