Are you looking for a more mindfulness in your life? Start your day on the right foot by taking a meditation walk with Coach Mara. Mindfulness isn’t just sitting in one spot. At this program, you will learn how to bring this practice into everyday life and every action you take. We will meet at Coburn Park at 8:00 a.m. Please bring your face mask, water, and dress warm.
