Map + Compass Clinic with Fins and Furs Adventures

Join Skowhegan Outdoors in collaboration with Fins & Furs Adventures to learn the ABCs of Map and Compass navigation! Carroll and Lila Ware of Fins & Furs are both Master Maine Guides with a thirty-one year history in the outdoor industry in Maine and beyond. They are excited to bring their navigation expertise to you.

This program will be limited to six participants, 18 and over. Please preregister in advance to reserve your spot. A portion of the clinic will be indoors at the warming hut at Lake George. You will be required to wear a face mask for this part of the clinic and any other time you are within six feet of another participant. Meet us at Lake George Regional Park, West, in the warming hut (we will have signage to indicate where this is).
