How to Make Fire Cider

Join Coach Emma to make your own fire cider brew! Fire cider is a blend of several herbs and vegetables with immune- boosting properties, steeped in apple cider vinegar for one month, all to keep the doctor away. We’re no doctors, but a little fresh air through our Skowhegan Outdoors programming and a bit of fire cider may go a long way this upcoming winter season. This program is limited to 10 participants. Each participant will be provided with a jar and all of the ingredients to take home your own fire cider.
