Join team lead and certified personal trainer Matt Kay with Kay Fitness every Monday in October for a low-impact but challenging way to build endurance, strength, and mental toughness. Carrying a weighted pack, we’ll trek scenic trails while improving cardio, core stability, and resilience with every step.
