Campfire Cooking Clinic I: Pancakes

Join us for a fireside brunch or early dinner of pancakes! Skowhegan Outdoors facilitators will celebrate National Pancake Day by leading you through the basics of cooking over a campfire and guide you through making pancakes outdoors. Each of these sessions is limited to 8 participants so please be sure to register and confirm your attendance. There will be two clinic sessions offered, the first from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and the second from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Everyone will take home a pancake, plus a recipe to enjoy and re-create on their next adventure! Please dress warmly and wear your face mask.
