Story Walk: From Head to Toe

Join Skowhegan Outdoors for a story walk through Coburn Park. We will enjoy a leisurely stroll along the paths of Skowhegan’s downtown park as we read through posted storyboards of From Head to Toe, by Eric Carle, a colorful and engaging book geared towards getting young readers moving. If you are unable to attend the community event on the morning of Sunday, March 21, no worries, we will keep the story walk set up throughout the afternoon. This program is for young kiddos + their grownups. Please preregister ALL participants in your party and prepare for all participants to wear face masks throughout the program.

From bestselling author Eric Carle, creator of much-loved children’s books Very Hungry Caterpillar and The Grouchy Ladybug, comes a dynamic, fun and interactive board book that will have young readers wiggling, stomping, thumping and more as they learn about the animal kingdom!
