Mindfulness Nature Walk

Join us for an hour-long guided mindfulness walk on the Philbrick Trail. We will stroll through the forest and take time to observe and appreciate ourselves and our surroundings. Skowhegan Outdoors facilitators will guide you through mindfulness practices that you can use on this stroll and in other natural settings. This program is perfect for anyone wishing to start their day off with a breath of fresh air, hit the “reset” button, or simply enjoy some time in the woods and is open to all ages.
We will meet at the Philbrick trailhead at 8:45 a.m. Please dress warmly and wear a face mask. You may request winter clothing ahead of time provided by the Skowhegan Outdoors Community Gear Library.
