SUMMARY:Stand-Up Paddleboard Day
DESCRIPTION:Join coach Emma and Mara for a paddle on Lake George! We’ll be there to give tips and tricks of SUP (stand-up paddleboard) basics while we explore the lake. We will guide groups of four around Lake George in one hour sessions from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Please bring water\, sunscreen\, and enthusiasm for what is sure to be a fun day! \nPlease pre-register in advance here and sign up for a time slot on the hour. Each participant is required to fill out a pre-registration form\, but you may indicate in the ‘additional notes’ section of the form that you would like to stay in the same group. Time slots will be awarded on a first-come\, first-serve basis. Please show up 15 minutes early for your time slot.
