SUMMARY:Mountain Bike Clinic
DESCRIPTION:Join our recreation coach\, Mara\, as she teaches mountain biking basics! We will be covering parts of the bike\, proper bike sizing\, trail safety\, and basic handling and maneuvering. Following the skills lab\, we will take a ride together on a trail to practice what we have learned! Mara was lead facilitator in mountain biking at her previous job as a wilderness therapy guide. She will help you feel comfortable and confident riding the beautiful trails around Maine and beyond! Please pre-register here and indicate in the ‘additional notes’ section if you will require a mountain bike. If so\, please also include your height so we can get you fitted properly.
