DESCRIPTION:“Nature does not hurry\, yet everything is accomplished.” -Lao Tzu \nJoin our recreation coach\, Mara\, for a mindful stroll on the Townsend Trail at Lake George Regional Park. We will be intentional about noticing the smaller beauties of the trail by slowing our steps and allowing space to observe what’s around us.
