SUMMARY:Black Mountain Day Trip
DESCRIPTION:Join the SAORP coaches for a day at Black Mountain and Schoodic Beach! We will meet at the MSS office at 8 a.m. and caravan about 2 hours to Donnell Pond Reserved Land. We will park at the Schoodic Beach parking lot and hike in (0.5 miles one-way) to Schoodic beach. Once at the beach\, we will have many options of how we may choose to enjoy the day! There are two\, guided hike options: Black Mountain and Schoodic Mountain and a beautiful lake to swim\, float\, or SUP (we have four that we will portage to the beach). Please bring water\, snacks\, lunch\, and any beach toys you would enjoy\, but please keep in mind that we will have to hike in about 0.5 miles.
