DESCRIPTION:Join Skowhegan Outdoors coach\, Emma\, for an active flow yoga class under the Halloween Full Moon. Feel free to bring your own mat and blocks\, but if you do not have these props\, MSS has several to loan (please indicate in your pre registration form that you will need to borrow equipment). We sanitize all of our gear after each use. Meet us at the Lake George Regional Park Green (East) to move together under the full moon. Costumes are highly encouraged for this class! Please be sure to also bring along plenty of extra layers for the cooler temperatures. \nClass will begin promptly at 6:30p.m.. Please show up 15 minutes early to sign in and set up your mat. This program will be on the East side of Lake George Regional Park. \nTeacher Bio: Emma Corwin \nYoga has always been a big part of Emma’s life– toddling in and out of classes while her mother taught in the studio attached to her childhood home. Several years later\, at age 15\, while recovering from gymnastic-related injuries\, she rediscovered her yoga practice. She not only discovered yoga aided in the healing process of her physical injuries\, but also brought awareness to the synergistic qualities of the mind-body. DESCRIPTION:Outdoor Yoga is moving to a whole other level. Join Skowhegan Outdoors coach\, Emma\, for an active flow yoga class under the October Harvest Moon. Feel free to bring your own mat and blocks\, but if you do not have these props\, MSS has several to loan (please indicate in your pre registration form that you will need to borrow equipment). We sanitize all of our gear after each use. Meet us at the Lake George Regional Park Island (West) to move together under the full moon.  \nClass will begin promptly at 8:00 p.m.. Please show up 15 minutes early to sign in and set up your mat. Pre-register for class here and bring a face covering for check-in. This program will be on the West side at Lake George Regional Park at the island. \nREGISTER HERE\nTeacher Bio: \nEmma Corwin \nYoga has always been a big part of Emma’s life– toddling in and out of classes while her mother taught in the studio attached to her childhood home. Several years later\, at age 15\, while recovering from gymnastic-related injuries\, she rediscovered her yoga practice. She not only discovered yoga aided in the healing process of her physical injuries\, but also brought awareness to the synergistic qualities of the mind-body. Emma is excited to be several months along in her journey to becoming a 200 hr ERYT Yoga Alliance certified teacher through Sundara Yoga. Emma Corwin\, Skowhegan Outdoors Rec Coach\, will lead us to the summit for spectacular views of the Western Mountains Region. This hike features three peaks\, 700-foot cliffs\, and a mountain pond. \nThe coaches will be meeting at the Main Street Skowhegan (MSS) Office at 7:30 a.m.\, where we will start our caravan to the location.
