Feel free to bring your own mat and blocks\, but if you do not have these props\, MSS has several to loan (please indicate in your pre registration form that you will need to borrow equipment). Drive all the way down the road (about a mile) to the public beach. \nTeacher Bio: Emma Corwin \nYoga has always been a big part of Emma’s life– toddling in and out of classes while her mother taught in the studio attached to her childhood home. Several years later\, at age 15\, while recovering from gymnastic-related injuries\, she rediscovered her yoga practice. She not only discovered yoga aided in the healing process of her physical injuries\, but also brought awareness to the synergistic qualities of the mind-body. Yoga has been a grounding force in her life over the past eleven years and is excited to be several months along in her journey to becoming a 200 hr ERYT Yoga Alliance certified teacher through Sundara Yoga. Join Emma on the LGRP green for a hatha-inspired vinyasa flow under the summer sun. \nThis is a free community event of the Skowhegan AmeriCorps Outdoor Recreation Program (SAORP) of Main Street Skowhegan in collaboration with Lake George Regional Park. \nLocation Pin: https://goo.gl/maps/MVNYsSVkwmWKApBR6
