From there\, participants will paddle downstream at an easy pace\, taking time to explore the river corridor\, enjoy the scenery\, and connect with the river. The trip includes a mid-route lunch stop on the riverbank\, offering time to relax\, refuel\, and take in the surroundings before continuing downstream. \nThis experience is less about technical instruction and more about exploration\, comfort on the water\, and shared time outside.
