DESCRIPTION:Please preregister for this program here: https://forms.gle/gDGZyTmfJqXyARdE8 \nJoin Skowhegan Outdoors for a fun\, back-to-the-basics clinic on cross-country skiing! We will go over technique\, healthy warm-up activities\, and play games to practice getting comfortable on skinny skis. This clinic will be great for folks on skis for the first time\, folks looking for a refresh\, or someone just looking for a fun time to be outdoors and meet new people in the community! We will run through the clinic and then have the opportunity to ski on the beautifully groomed trails at Lakewood Golf Course. \nPlease dress warmly\, bring water and snacks\, and wear your face mask.
