DESCRIPTION:Pre Register for this program here: https://forms.gle/gDGZyTmfJqXyARdE8 \nJoin coach Mara at Lake George Regional Park East to learn more about how to keep yourself safe while camping or traveling in the cold weather. She has a sick passion for sleeping in the snow. (We don’t understand it either). She will teach you the tips and tricks for keeping yourself cozy and comfortable in cold weather. We will cover topics of thermoregulation\, proper layering\, preventing cold-related injuries\, shelter building and much more. For this program we ask you to wear warm clothing and wear your face mask.
