SUMMARY:Full Moon Yoga
DESCRIPTION:Outdoor Yoga is moving to a whole other level. Join Skowhegan Outdoors coach\, Emma\, for an all-levels flow yoga class under the September full moon. Feel free to bring your own mat and blocks\, but if you do not have these props\, MSS has several to loan (please indicate in your pre registration form that you will need to borrow equipment). We sanitize all of our gear after each use. Meet us at Lake George Regional Park to move together under the summer sun. Class begins promptly at 8:30 a.m.. Please show up 15 minutes early to sign in and set up your mat. Pre-register for class here and bring a face covering for check-in. This program will be on the East Side at Lake George Regional Park. Please drive all the way down the road (about a mile) to the public beach.
